I made a great selection for a realtor when my sister and I selected Evelyn Fred to sell my condo apt. I was hoping for a smooth & quick process, and she exceeded all expectations. Evelyn Fred, is tops in the local market, she priced my unit at my asking price, even when two other realtors told me I was asking for too much. She went to work immediately helping me stage the apt leading to multiple offers. Almost, immediately my apt went under contract for more of the asking price. Faster than I imagined. Evelyn and her husband Marion are true gems and they make a great team. They worked with us diligently to find a place back in 2020, or so, only to have us decide to ultimately stay in our current home. We decided to use the Evelyn Fred group to find our new home. Looking for something very specific in a specific area was not an easy task. Our agent was very accommodating and told us we would find what we were looking for. It took a year, but we did find the home right for us. Never did we feel we were imposing on our agent or that our calls were a nuisance. He told us that if it took 100 showings, it was fine with him. He wanted us to be happy with our choice. Our house journey started the week after the city shutdown, critical days for our city. Hello, I am writing this review just over 2 months after purchasing my new home. The reason I wanted so long was to let all the emotions that came with the purchase and the newness of my new home calm down in order to give my most honest review. I chose Evelyn Fred to be my realtor after looking at lots of places without one and meeting many different realtors that were showing the places. None of them felt right. A friend told me about Evelyn and Evelyn turned out to be the best person in the world to fit to my needs. I have a TBI and I am aware at times that can make me exhausting for even the most patient people to deal with including family. I explained all that to Evelyn and without hesitation she that’s not going to be a problem and that she would help me until I was sure I found the perfect place for me. She always made sure I was prepared for anything and walked me through the process step by step. That’s I can honestly say today even after waiting a few months that she was more than I could have hoped for. She never minded the extra time, day or night that I needed to understand the buying process. She always went the extra mile to make sure I understood everything and also pointed out things that she thought that I should be aware of when buying my place.
